Monsanto’s motion to dismiss the Organic Seed Growers and Trade Association (OSGATA) et al v. Monsanto will be heard in federal district court on Tuesday January 31, 2012 in Manhattan. Judge Naomi Buchwald’s decision will establish if organic farmers are to see their day in court.

I stand in solidarity with you in fight against Monsanto. I am a consumer of organic foods and I grow organic seeds in my garden. I fear the day when I will not be able to obtain uncontaminated food. Keep up the good fight, because you are not just fighting for your families and your farms, you are fighting for all of us to have good wholesome food controlled by people and not some megalithic corporation.
Go organic farmers! Monsanto mustn’t be allowed to destroy the earth in pursuit of greater and greater short term profits.
